Olga is the founder of St. Croix Swim Club. She has been with the club since it was formed in 2000. In 2016, Olga was named Chief Executive Officer for St. Croix Swim Club. In addition to overseeing all levels of swimming, she coaches the Senior group. Olga is responsible for all wet-side club operations and leads the dry-side as well.

Prior to coaching at SCSC, Olga worked with Edina Gators, Park Center High School as a head coach for two years and Omni Swim Club. A competitive swimmer herself, Olga was a part of the Czech National Team for 11 years. She is a two-time Olympian - 1992 (6th place finish) and 1996, a European Champion. She is a Czech National Record Holder as well as World Record Holder. Olga is also a 1993 World Cup Winner. Olga is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and a member of the University of Minnesota's Golden Gophers, a Big Ten Champion, an NCAA All American, and a U of M Hall of Fame Inductee. She is married, has two children and lives in St. Paul.  Olga's daughter is an SCSC swimmer.
