The U.S Olympic Committee’s Athlete Career & Education (ACE) program exists to assist you with your career and education goals, and your preparation for life beyond sport. ACE delivers career, education, transition and life skills resources aimed at enhancing performance, career and personal development.
Services include, but are not limited to the following:
- Career – job search assistance, 1:1 career coaching, resource library, network of job recruiters and employers
- Education – Partnership with DeVry University, In-state tuition certification for select states, tuition assistance grants
- Mentorship – ACE Mentor Network, connections to the Olympic/Paralympic Family network
- Other Services – Tax Preparation Assistance, Pivot Workshops, Olympic & Paralympic Summits
